Optoelectronic curve parameter tuning & calibration interface

  1. Connect the camera, the indicator light displays the camera connection status, and the interface displays the image;

Accelerated Module Board(AMB) V0.4 & V1.5

  • AMB is an acceleration hardware designed for Demura tuning based on the ALTERA Cyclone IV chip.
  • AMB uses ALTERA’s Cyclone IV chip EP4CE115F29C7N and mounts 4 DP to LVDS chips on the system. The FPGA chip configuration uses 1 256Mb FLASH chip.
  • The peripheral circuit has 10 LVDS, 2 IIC, 1 SPI/GPIO, 2 DVI, and is equipped with a digital tube and buttons for offline control and operation. This system meets the requirements of high-speed data exchange, data storage, video transmission processing, and industrial control, and is a “professional grade” Demura acceleration hardware.

  1. Using CCD to take photos of different grayscale images on the panel, this
  2. process requires AMB to respond quickly and output corresponding signals;
  3. Process the data captured by CCD to obtain Demura compensation data;
  4. Burn compensation data into the display flash to enable the display to reload Demura data;
  5. Take another photo of the panel after Demura takes effect to determine the repair effect;
